21 Years
Awarded the prestigious John Kinross Award from the Royal Scottish Academy of Art and Architecture, Catherine Suleiman painted this body of work, 21 Years, in Italy over seven weeks in the summer of 2021. The series features House of The Young Romantics’ friends and muses posing and sashaying through the faded glamour of Renaissance palazzos and gardens in Venice, Padua, Florence, and Rome.
